Position Overview

Responsible for the strategy, roadmap, prioritization,development and implementation of LOS and POS systems within Wintrust Mortgage.The product owner will partner and represent the business to ensure we aremaximizing the functionality of the systems and implementing features andfunctions to drive utilization and efficiency. The product owner will work atthe direction of the VP, Strategic Projects with oversight from the IT SteeringCommittee.

  • Leads the facilitation of solutions for LOS and POS systems by collaborating with the business, legal, risk, and technology teams to prioritize and deliver solutions that align with strategic goals.
  • Continually drives product development towards a meaningful balance between user needs, business objectives, resource utilization and technical feasibility.
  • Coordinates enhancements with Wintrust Technology and drives needs of Wintrust Mortgage in release planning.
  • Responsible for User Acceptance Testing including establishing timelines and test groups and coordinate testing and sign off.
  • Create User Experience team.
  • Qualifications

  • 7-10 years of experience in product management as a product owner or product manager for LOS and/or POS systems.
  • 7-10 year of experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Project Management experience and certifications preferred
